For every book in our book club memberships, we will donate 50 cents to plant a tree, as part of a partnership with treesisters.org. 

None of the books published by Hat & Beard Press are manufactured in undemocratic countries like China or Turkey that stifle human rights and freedom of speech. 

Every year we pick one or two charities to donate a certain percentage of holiday sales.
